Terms of service
Last updated October 21, 2026
These terms cover your use of ProAppGuide and any featured listing you buy from us. By using the site or buying a listing, you agree to them.
Who we are
ProAppGuide is operated by Feral Scholar Media, LLC ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected] or our contact page.
Listings are information, not endorsements
Listings, prices, and comparisons are provided for information only. A listing is not an endorsement or recommendation. Featured and premium placements are paid, and they are always labeled as featured or sponsored. Payment never changes prices, facts, or comparisons we publish.
Accuracy
We take prices and details from vendors' public websites, but they change often. Always confirm with the vendor before you buy.
Submissions and our right to decline
We may decline, edit, or remove any listing or submission that is misleading, inaccurate, infringing, or illegal, or that we otherwise consider unsuitable for the directory.
Purchases
Featured listings are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe. Charges appear on your card statement as SCHOLAR (possibly followed by PROAPPGUIDE), from Feral Scholar Media, LLC, the company that operates ProAppGuide. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy through them. This does not change the price you pay.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feral Scholar Media, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any listed product, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Feral Scholar Media, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
